Saturday, June 1 8:00 a.m. – Highway Clean up The group meets at church at 8:00, drives to the Bellevue Way exit on I-90, and picks up trash. This usually takes about an hour. The more hands, the faster the work gets done! 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. – Church Council retreat at the Malchams' house. 5:00 p.m. – Guess Who's Coming to Dinner. If you signed up, be looking for an email with the address you are to go to and the food assignment for you to bring. The guest speaker this time is Bruce Speight from Environment Washington who will review the wonderful progress from the last State legislative session and tell us what’s next. Everyone welcome! Sunday June 9 Strengthen the Church! This annual United Church of Christ special offering supports church planting and reinvention. Half the money remains in our Pacific Northwest Conference; the rest goes to fund forward-looking church development across the country.
