WELCOME to the Congregational Church on Mercer Island (CCMI) United Church of Christ!

We embrace God's First Commandment to "love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength and love our neighbors as we love ourselves." Therefore, we, the members of CCMI, joyfully proclaim that we are unequivocally open to and affirming of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered people into the worship, leadership and life of our congregation.

We seek to be an inclusive and respectful community for persons of every race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, family structure, faith background, physical or mental ability, religious opinion, social opinion, and economic circumstance.
