Mindfulness Meditation

Join us for a 6-week Mindfulness course, starting on Tuesday, July 26. Sessions will be held LIVE at CCMI from 7:00 - 8:30 pm. Learn science-backed techniques to help you sleep better, feel happier, and be more focused. Relieve stress, reduce chronic pain, lower your blood pressure, ease GI discomfort, and improve your heart health. Each week we'll learn a new technique for meditation as well as powerful breathing techniques for you to practice at home.
