Volunteers Needed for Visitation Program at Monroe Prison:
This visiting program reaches out to inmates with long sentences who have no other visitors. Our visits are social and friendly and happen twice a month on Friday afternoons. We carpool, and visit in pairs for an hour with one inmate and a second hour with another inmate. There are no preset agendas. We also need volunteers to go with us to visits in the Intensive Management Unit (solitary) on two Monday afternoons a month. Volunteers must complete a state application, some online instruction, and a three hour training at Monroe Correctional Complex. Contact Dale Sewall at dalesewall@gmail.com for more information or to explore your interest. Visiting as a guest is also available if you are considering this ministry.

The Climate Action Teams is asking for your help in support of Bills, HB 1110, the Clean Fuels Program and SB 6628, the GHG Emissions from Oil & Gas Fuels.
For detailed information https://1drv.ms/b/s!An02UHi5GuRD5TfpKiUXaRIvIeSs?e=S3xOwh

1)  Ask your senator to support HB 1110; ditto for both representatives as we may need concurrence
2)  Ask your senator to support SB 6628 AND its companion HB 2892; ditto for both representatives

THANK YOU
