Prison Ministry Thank you to every one that has contributed. We have collected over 75 calendars. Continue to bring any calendars that you are not using to CCMI. This is the only way inmates get calendars for their personal use.
We often hear that CCMI's Reader Board is an effective way to communicate with our Mercer Island neighbors.That's why the Climate Action Team is using the North facing side of the Reader Board to post weekly ideas to reduce our carbon footprint.
We are using many ideas from REI's initiative, the Opt to Act Plan which provides ample challenges to get active, reduce our impact on the environment, and leave the world a better place. Check out REI's website for information.
