Renting space at CCMI

We welcome opportunities to show hospitality by offering our facility for meetings, concerts, weddings, and memorial services. Although we wish to serve the community by allowing as many groups as possible to use our facilities, the State imposes some limitations on the use by some groups and functions to protect our tax-exempt status.

Businesses or organizations wishing to rent our facilities must be organized or operate as not-for-profit and must provide documentation attesting to their non-profit status. For more information, please call or email the office..

Rental rates

The following are basic rates for one-time events. Call the church office for recurring event rates, such as for monthly or weekly meetings.

  • Sanctuary (up to 6 hours, w/light use of kitchen for serving) $210
  • Sanctuary (up to 8 hours, w/full use of kitchen for cooking) $450
  • Upstairs meeting rooms $100
  • Downcenter assembly area $100
  • Downcenter large classroom $100
  • Entire Downcenter $150
  • Event coordinator (Onsite assistance) $30/hour
  • Janitor (Setup & cleanup) $90-$110/event, depending on setup complexity, day & time
